DESCRIPTION
As the marketing communications manager for xkoto, Inc., you lead the development, design, and execution of global corporate marketing communications and demand generation activities. The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering high quality marketing programs, with an emphasis on brand awareness building activities and lead generation. Experience in managing the direction of integrated marketing programs and leading external creative services vendors/agencies is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic creative direction and content for a wide range of global communications projects such as: brochures and collateral, white papers, sales tools, case studies, print and online advertising, and multi-media marketing communications programs such as corporate videos and technical demonstration tools.
- Oversee all elements of executing marketing programs, often serving as the project manager on fulfillment of marketing deliverables
- Work with senior management, sales, product, and partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and extend the reach of our products and services
- Contract and manage relationships with all external marketing agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Write and/or proofread all external and internal marketing materials to ensure key messages are accurately positioned and for style and adherence to brand standards
- Budget and track marketing expenditures and return on investment (ROI)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years marketing communications experience.
EDUCATION
BS degree in communications, marketing, business, journalism, or related field.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in enterprise software marketing
- Strong experience in the development of online, print and/or multimedia marketing campaigns and materials
- Search engine marketing experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of entire creative and print production process
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical subjects in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment that focuses on high-quality results
- Ability to work with and influence senior-level business and product managers within xkoto
- Highly effective communication skills, with an ability to communicate in a one-on-one or group environment
